The Annual PHA Plan is a comprehensive guide to PHA policies, programs, operations, and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals annually. The Five-Year Plan describes the agency's mission, long- range goals and objectives for achieving its mission over a five-year period. HACCP is developing its Annual and Five-Year Plan in compliance with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Quality Housing and Responsibility Act of 1998. Public comments are invited. The HACCP public comment period will begin on January 2, 2024, and the HACCP will continue to receive written comments until February 16, 2024, at 4:00pm.
