The HACCP will conduct a Public Hearing to obtain comments on its proposed Five Year Plan & Capital Fund Program Grant (CFP). The Five-Year Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan describes the HACCP's mission and the long-term plan for achieving that mission over the subsequent five years. The Capital Fund Program (CFP) provides financial assistance in the form of grants to public housing agencies (PHAs) to carry out capital and management activities including those listed in Section 9(d)(1) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (1937 Act). The HACCP public comment period will begin on April 3, 2024, and the HACCP will continue to receive written comments until May 21, 2024, at 4:00pm.
