(PBI) Objectives: This session focuses on completing the 5-year objectives and key results for the City of College Park’s 5-Year Strategic Plan. The goal is to review OKRs 1-10 to finalize and informally approve them, allowing the strategic planning process to transition to the next phase that will include management and staff.
