Increase the maximum municipal infraction fine from $1,000 to $5,000 (similar to the County fine maximum) 3. Increase State funding for Youth Service Bureaus 4. Oppose copay for state childcare scholarships and consider changes to the mandatory childcare staffing ratios for safety, learning, and costs. 5. Broaden the municipal piggyback income tax base by creating more brackets for incomes over $250,000. Capital Project Priorities: 1. Baltimore Avenue reconstruction from MD 193 to I-495 2.
