ALSO PRESENT: Kenneth Young, City Manager; Yvette Allen, City Clerk; Stephanie Anderson, City Attorney; Shannon Olive, Finance Director, Miriam Bader, Planning Director, Jatinder Khokhar, Director of Public Services, Michael Williams, Economic Development Manager, Ryna Luckert Quiñones Communications & Events Manager, Robert Marsili, Director of Public Works, and Melissa Flores, Assistant City Clerk.
