INTERVIEWS AND SELECTION OF CANDIDATE FOR VACANT CITY COUNCIL SEAT WITH TERM EXPIRING NOVEMBER 2024 a. City Council will conduct interviews with interested persons who have submitted an application for the vacant City Council seat; and b.
