TOWN OF COLMA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA Tuesday, March 10, 2026 3:30 PM Daniel Barros Colma Town Hall Joanne F. del Rosario 1198 El Camino Real Carrie Slaughter Colma, CA 94014 650.997.8300 Meetings of the Economic Development Subcommittee are held in-person in Colma Town Hall, 1198 El Camino Real, CA 94014. Members of the public wishing to speak are requested to complete a yellow speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk. Comments should be kept to three minutes or less. ROLL CALL PUBLIC COMMENTS This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Economic Development Subcommittee on any matter not on the agenda. Members of the public participating in person are requested to complete a yellow speaker card and submit it to staff before addressing the Economic Development Subcommittee. If there appears to be a large number of speakers, speaking time may be reduced to no less than one minute, at the discretion of the Chair. Members of the public are limited to one comment at this time. State law prohibits the Economic Development Subcommittee from discussing or acting on non-agenda items, and generally limits the ability of the Economic Development Subcommittee to respond to any public comments made regarding non- agenda items. DISCUSSION 1. City Manager/Staff Updates Staff will provide an update on our ongoing Branding and Marketing Campaign along with general updates on current or upcoming commercial activity in Colma including new businesses, applications in process, and other economic development-related information. 2. Cannabis Business in Colma – Strategies for Upcoming Community Outreach Meetings The Subcommittee will discuss the upcoming April 8 Community Outreach Meeting regarding the potential for cannabis business in Colma. 3. Building of the Agenda for Future Meetings The Subcommittee may identify topics for placement on future Economic Development Subcommittee agendas.
