APPROVAL OF MINUTES: IT WAS MOVED (NELL) AND SECONDED (MARK) TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 8, 2013 MEETING, AS PRESENTED. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. LARRY AND KELLY ABSTAINED BECAUSE THEY HAD NOT BEEN AT THE MEETING. INTRODUCTION OF NEW MEMBER: Helen introduced Larry Preston as the newest Planning Commission member and he provided a brief description of his background. CITIZEN INPUT AND REQUESTS: None. PUBLIC HEARINGS: None. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None.
