The City of Columbia City In Columbia County on the Columbia River STREETS COMMITTEE MINUTES FEBRUARY 12, 2025 MEETING City Hall, 1840 Second Street, Columbia City 6:00 p.m. Attendees: Rob Forman, Chair Dave Jensen, Committee Member Jeff Peterson, Committee Member Kim Karber, City Administrator/Recorder Micah Rogers, Public Works Superintendent Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. 1. Discuss SCA grant Members discussed the fact that we did not receive the Small City Allotment grant applied for in 2024 and what we wanted to do for the 2025 application which is being accepted from March 3rd through April 30th. It was decided that this year’s grant application would include: • Repaving/widening of E Street between The Strand and 2nd Street • Repaving/widening of 2nd Place between I and L Street, including J & K St from 2nd Place to 2nd Street • Repaving/widening of 1st Street between E and I Street 2.
