APPROVE HAZARDOUS MATERIAL ABATEMENT CONTRACT FOR 960 40TH AVENUE NE MOTION: Move to accept the low bid of by Bergo Environmental Inc., for the removal of all hazardous materials and household items located at 960 40th Ave NE; and furthermore, to authorize the President and Executive Director to enter into an agreement for the same. 4.
