MINOR SUBDIVISION TO SPLIT AN EXISTING LOT LOCATED AT 4600 7TH STREET NE MOTION: Move to waive the reading of the draft resolution, there being ample copies available to the public. MOTION: Move to recommend that the Planning Commission recommend to the City Council approval of the Minor Subdivision of the property located at 4600 7th Street NE, subject to conditions of approval.
