CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Council President Novitsky called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. Present: Councilmember Buesgens; Councilmember Jacobs; Councilmember Murzyn Jr.; Councilmember Novitsky Absent: Mayor Márquez Simula Also Present: Kelli Bourgeois, City Manager; Sara Ion, City Clerk PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION Ordinances and Resolutions 1. Adopt Resolution 2022-73, Canvassing Primary Election Returns of August 9, 2022. MOTION: Move to waive the reading of Resolution 2022-73, there being ample copies available to the public. MOTION: Move to adopt Resolution 2022-73, being a Resolution Canvassing Municipal Primary Election Returns and approve the signing of the Abstract. Motion by Councilmember Buesgens, seconded by Councilmember Murzyn Jr., to waive the reading of Resolution 2022-73, as there are ample copies available to the public. All Ayes, Motion Carried 4-0. Motion by Councilmember Buesgens, seconded by Councilmember Murzyn Jr., to adopt Resolution 2022-73 being a Resolution Canvassing Municipal Primary Election Returns and approving the signing of the Abstract.
