CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Mayor Márquez Simula called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m. Present: Councilmember Buesgens; Councilmember Jacobs; Councilmember Novitsky Absent: Councilmember Murzyn Jr Also Present: Kelli Bourgeois, City Manager; Sara Ion, City Clerk PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION Ordinances and Resolutions 1. Adopt Resolution 2022-107, Canvassing Primary Election Returns of November 8, 2022. Clerk Ion introduced Resolution 2022-107 and read the November 8, 2022, Election results at the request of Mayor Márquez Simula. Motion by Councilmember Buesgens, seconded by Councilmember Jacobs., to waive the reading of Resolution 2022-107, as there are ample copies available to the public. All Ayes, Motion Carried 4-0. Motion by Councilmember Buesgens, seconded by Councilmember Novitsky, to adopt Resolution 2022-107 being a Resolution Canvassing Municipal Primary Election Returns and approving the signing of the Abstract. All Ayes, Motion Carried 4-0. ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 2:08 pm.
