PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING: 37TH AVENUE AND 37TH PLACE STATE AID STREET RECONSTRUCTION Presentation of Information on State Aid Street Reconstruction Project by Staff Questions and Comments on State Aid Street Reconstruction Project Close the Public Hearing MOTION: Move to close the public hearing of the 37th Avenue and 37th Place State Aid Street Reconstruction, Projects 2110 and 2306 Consideration of Resolution MOTION: Move to waive the reading of Resolution 2023-004, there being ample copies available for the public. MOTION: Move to adopt Resolution 2023-004, being a resolution ordering improvements and preparation of plans for 37th Avenue and 37th Place State Aid Street Reconstruction, City Projects 2110 and 2306.
