City of Columbia, Missouri Meeting Minutes Citizens Police Review Board Wednesday, February 8, 2017 City Hall Strategic Planning Subcommittee Meeting Council Chambers 6:30 PM 701 East Broadway Columbia, Missouri I. CALL TO ORDER Mr. Dean called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. II. INTRODUCTIONS Present: 5- Scott Dean, Val DeBrunce, Andrew Fisher, Alan Meyer and Jayne Woods Staff Present: Ms. Wibbenmeyer Members of the public were present. III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was distributed in advance of the meeting and no changes were made. IV. OLD BUSINESS Strategic Planning Subcommittee Report - Review Draft Report The members of the subcommittee discussed the draft strategic plan report. Mr. Meyer moved to approve the draft report as amended. Mr. DeBrunce seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. V. GENERAL COMMENTS BY PUBLIC, MEMBERS AND STAFF There was no public comment. VI. ADJOURNMENT At 6:40 p.m., Ms. Woods moved to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Meyer seconded the motion.
