New Business: A. Site Plan Review: Greg Aker, representing The Upper Room Fellowship, 500 Sponseller Road, seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to enlarge the existing parking lot to accommodate 42 more spaces. Lighting will also be added to the new parking area. B. Site Plan Review: A representative from Birdfish Brewing, 140 East Park Avenue, will be attending the meeting to gain approval to proceed with plans to erect a fence and create a patio area on the south side of their business. C. Preliminary Site Plan and Lot Split: Vernon Elwonger would like the Planning Commission to consider his plans to re-plat 737 and 747 Springfield Road and sell the property and homes. D. Site Plan Review: Nichol Ice, seeks the Planning Commission’s approval to open a winery, Sundog Cellars, at 164 Carriage Drive. E. Site Plan Review: Chrissy Smith would like the Planning Commission’s approval to have a food truck spot approved at Josie’s Restaurant 241 East Park Avenue. 8. Commission Comments: 9.
