Old Business: 5. New Business: Public Hearing – 7:00 PM Appeal for Andrew and Michaela Good A. Application for Variance: Andrew and Michaela Good have proposed a garage addition on their property at 187 Bittersweet Drive. The Deputy City Administrator/Deputy Zoning Inspector denied the issuance of a zoning permit because the new garage addition would make the side yard 3 feet 3 inches short of the required 8- foot minimum width for a side yard in a R-1 zoning district. Mr. and Mrs. Good are requesting a variance to allow their side yard width to be 4 feet 9 inches. 6. ADJOURNMENT:
