Adjourn  RESOLUTION # __21-20____ Resolution Designating the Beaver Dam Daily Citizen As The Official Newspaper of the City of Columbus WHERE AS, The City of Columbus in located in two Counties, Columbia & Dodge County WHERE AS, The City's longtime local newspaper, the Columbus Journal, has ceased publication as of Saturday, September 12, 2020 WHERE AS, The Beaver Dam Daily Citizen is published in a County in which Columbus resides and has higher circulation than the Portage Daily Citizen, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Common Council of the City of Columbus hereby designates the Beaver Dam Daily Citizen as it's official newspaper.
