Discuss establishing ethics committee: Council discussed creating an ethics committee; would decide ethical standards and code of conduct and be the committee unless a member of the council is being reviewed. City Attorney Johnson will have a draft ordinance tailored to Columbus for review. Return to 12/21 COW. 11. Review summary of Organizational Study: Ellefson hi-lighted several points taken from the study and consensus was to focus on job duties & responsibilities and wage study. Staff will begin with these items and return to Council as needed. 12.
