Consider & take action on Special Assessment Report for Folsom Street Reconstruction: Motion by Motiff, second by Albright to accept the Special Assessment Report for Folsom Street Reconstruction. Carried voice vote. 2. Consider & take action on Resolution 2-23 "A Resolution Of the Common Council Of The City Of Columbus Authorizing The Purchase Of Certain Land From The Doris Dingee Estate" : Motion by Gray, second by Steiner to approve Resolution #2-23. Roll call vote: Gray, Motiff, Steiner voting Yes, Reid, Albright voting No. Motion carried 3-2. 3. Consider & take action on Task Order #2023-1 Folsom Street Reconstruction: Motion by Steiner, second by Gray to approve Task Order #2023-1. Roll call vote unanimous. 4. Consider & take action on 2023 CBO Athletic Field Agreement: Motion by Gray, second by Reid to approve the 2023 CBO agreement. Carried voice vote. 5. Consider & take action on 2023 CSA Athletic Field Agreement: Motion by Steiner, second by Motiff to approve the 2023 CSA agreement. Carried voice vote. 6. Consider & take action on 2023 CAYSO Athletic Field Agreement: Motion by Gray, second by Motiff to approve the 2023 CAYSO agreement. Carried voice vote. 7. Consider & take action on 2023 Haz Mat agreement with Columbia County: Motion by Albright, second by Gray to approve the 2023 Haz Mat agreement. Roll call vote unanimous. 8. Consider & take action on Oak Cultural Center Corp request for designated account: City Attorney Johnson stated his concerns of what would happen to the money. Alder Gray stated the resolution did not reflect what the Council discussed at their last meeting. Motion by Reid, second by Albright to table the item for further discussion. Carried voice vote with Motiff voting No. 9. Consider & take action on claims in the amount of $ 797,174.45: Motion by Gray, second by Steiner to approve the claims as stated. Roll call vote unanimous.  Page 2 – Common Council – 3/21/23 10. Report of City Officers – City Administrator: In-person absentee voting has started and will continue through March 31; mailed ballots can be dropped off to the City Clerk; 128 W James St received an awning grant; DPW's mini-dump has arrived; new DPW employee will start Monday; thank you to retire DPW employee came back to work part-time; new Deputy Clerk will start in April. Mayor: Thank you to staff for helping out with the fire at the Columbus Health & Rehab center – Fire Dept, Police Dept, DPW, Columbus Utilities as well as Zion church & school for housing residents; pool applications due April 1; met with Girl Scout Troop #8001 in January and they sent a nice group picture; next meeting is Monday, April 3 due to the Election on April 4. 11.
