MINUTES of COLUMBUS COMMON COUNCIL – COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE SPECIAL MEETING - TUESDAY, MAY 30, 2019 COLUMBUS CITY HALL 105 N. DICKASON BOULEVARD 1. Meeting called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Council President Traxler 2. Roll Call: Members Present: Johnson, Ryan, Traxler, Thom, (Reid and Theilen) arrived late. Others present: Jeff Russell (Russell Consulting) 3. Notice of compliance with Open Meeting law—Notice of Meeting and Posted Agenda by Traxler. 4. Motion by Ryan to approve agenda as presented. Seconded by Johnson. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. 5. Motion by Johnson to Convene to closed session per SS 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Seconded by Ryan. Roll call: Johnson, Ryan, Traxler, Thom - Aye. unanimous 6. Motion by Ryan to reconvene to open session. Seconded by Johnson. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. 7. Motion by Ryan to Adjourn. Seconded by Johnson, motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
