Call to order and roll call: The special Committee of the Whole meeting was called to order by President Traxler at 5:30 pm. Present: Johnson, Reid, Ryan, Thom, Traxler; Theilen excused, Gray absent. 2. Notice of Open Meeting: Noted as posted. 3. Approval of Agenda: Motion by Traxler, second by Ryan to approve agenda. Carried voice vote. 4. Community "meet & greet" reception with City Administrator finalist candidates – Kyle Ellefson, Johnson Creek, WI; Nick Osborne, Frederic, WI; Dana Schoening, Wichita Falls, TX; Bradley Steckart, Wauwatosa, WI and Jennifer Sweeney, Lodi, WI; NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.
