Adendees: John Salzwwedel, Carolyn Fredericks, Beth Altschwager, Eric Lukasavitz,

1. Call meeting to order: Salzwedel
2. Properly posted meeting: Check
3. Citizen comments on agenda items: Traxler forwarded concerns of the timing
for requesting posting notice for a meeting. Noted.
4. Approve agenda: Motion: Lukasavitz; Second: Altschwager; Motion carried.
5. Application for Certificate of Appropriateness for Tequilas Bar & Grlill –
signage: Following discussion, Salzwedel made a motion to accept the
application; Second: Altschwager; Motion carried.
6. Payment to Paul Pyfferoen Architect LLC for Pavilion ADA Entryway project
– State Historic Office approval phase: Lukasavitz made a motion to pay the
amount of $1,249.50 due; Kurth seconded it. Motion carried.
7. Adjourn: Motion: Altschwager; Second: Luksasavitz; Motion carried. Meeting
adjourned at 9 a.m.
