Columbus Historic Landmarks & Preservation Commission Special Meeting minutes Wednesday March 16 at 4 p.m. Community Center 161 N. Dickason Blvd. Columbus WI 1. Chair Hermanson called the meeting to order at 4:08 pm 2. Chair Hermanson confirmed the meeting was properly posted 3. In attendance: Hermanson, Thom, Elling, Altschwager, Kurth, Pyfferoen, Matthew Schreiber (city staff) Excused: Ulrich. No one present on Zoom link provided 4. Citizen comments - none 5. Pyfferoen made a motion to approve the agenda, 2nd by Altschwager, motion passed with voice vote 6. Elling made a motion to acknowledge receipt of minutes of the Rest Haven Sub Committee March 3 2022, 2nd by Kurth, motion passed with voice vote 7. Elling made a motion to approve/forward recommendation of Sub-Committee to contract Architectural services for Rest Haven Project (Roger Smith-Design Coalition), 2nd by Altschwager. Motion passed with voice vote, Pyfferoen abstained 8. Altschwager made a motion to Adjourn at 4:27 pm, 2nd by Pyfferoen, motion passed with voice vote.
