Excused – Wallace, Ryan. 2. Notice of an Open and Posted Meeting - Posted 3. Agenda Approval – Motion Farrington, 2nd Morschauser 4. Minutes Approval – October minutes – Motion Carthew, 2nd Schwoerer 5. Public Comments - None Old Business 1. Civic Rec software – Agreed to move forward. In budget process. 2. Budget – Final run through. Share part-time assistant with Senior Center. 3. Pavilion Tables – Received tables. Received money from Tourism Committee. 4. Pavilion Price Increase – Recommend $1000 resident, $1500 non-resident New Business 1. Recreation Wrestling Program – Jesse Merfeld proposed program. Would like to begin ASAP. Amy Jo will follow up on finding facilities, time. 2. Girls Basketball Concessions for BDL – Will ask for help with Sign Up Genius, NHS, Rec Board, CGBBC email to parents 3. Discussion on possible price change for Large Park event rentals – Consider meter reading, what other cities are charging, tiered rates 4.Discuss reduced rate for off season special additional event Pavilion rentals – Table to next month 5. Consider price change in Field Rental fees - Recommend $25/hr. rate with new contracts wanting per hour use Director Report 1. Amy Jo conferences 2.Ice rink donation by At Home Again.
