2. Notice of an Open and Posted Meeting - Posted
3. Agenda Approval – Motion Farrington, 2nd Hart
4. Minutes Approval – December minutes – Motion Wallace, 2nd Morschauser

Old Business
1. Civic Rec software – Pursuing with Council regarding ActiveNet first
2. Wrestling Program – success, 22 enrolled, pizza party
3. Girls Basketball Concessions for BDL totals – Profit to be used for 2/3 grade girls, 8 grade
girls. Look at tweaks for next year.
4. Discussion on possible price change for Large Park event rentals – Postpone to next meeting
regarding 2021.
New Business
1. Consider field use at Meister Park for Memorial event – Recommend asking for more
information
2. Consider address changes to buildings in Fireman’s Park and CAAC – Bring forward to Council
3. Renewal of CBO contract – Recommend to Council to keep same
4. Renewal of CSA contract - Recommend to Council to keep same
Director Report
1. Part-time position – received applications and will start interviewing
2. Successful Dance – 138 people
3. Egg Hunt – Ordering eggs, received donations, including Culver’s, Cenex, American Family,
Apple Tree
a. Older Kids – Apr. 10 – Arrive ~ 8:30 p.m., Start ~ 9:00 p.m.
b. Younger Kids – Apr. 11 – 12:00-2:30 p.m. games, Hunt ~ 3:00 p.m.
4. Apr. 25 – Craft and Vendor Fair
5. Spring Soccer, tennnis opening up
6. Summer camp – accepting applications
7. Warner Park – Enerpac Phase 2 being brought to Council, installation date to be determined
