Approve Minutes of September 8, 2021 meeting – Motion Morschauser, 2nd Agnew 6. Citizen Comments & Communications - None Old Business 1. Recreation Software update – Submitted. Council to review 19 October 2. Father and Son event recap – 68 participated. Future events inclusive. 3. Freak Week events – Tuesday, Thursday crafts at Senior Center a. Pet Costume Contest – Submit entries. Gift cards from Columbus Countryside Vet for 2 winners. b. Halloween Home Decorating Contest – 1st and 2nd place by district. Community vote for overall. c. Pumpkin Hunt – 36 currently enrolled. At Kiwanis with DJ and bonfire. d. Drive In Movie – Register. In cars by Pavilion. Popcorn, water, goody bag. 4. Fitness Challenge Kids – draw winning names – K-5 – Jacob Marquardt, 6-8 – Kaleb Marquardt, 9- 12 – No entry so drawn from all entries – Aliya Vanderwerff 5. Discussion of CBO, CSA, CAYSO contract renewal restructure – Small committee (Meyers/Morschauser/Albright) met with CBO reps (Schulz, Bruss) and discussed mowing, resident/non-resident fees, 2 seasons, financials. Will be meeting with CAYSO, CSA, and CBO again. Recommend explore contract for CFO tailored to agreement. 6. Discussion of MOU Scout Cabin – Preliminary meeting about to revisit old MOU. Include Boy and Girl Scout organizations for all ages, participant fee, availability for rentals, use of shared calendar.
