Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Citizens Public Safety Advisory Board was called to order by Chair Bierweiler on June 27 , 2024, at 4:07 PM. Present 5 - Board Member David Bierweiler, Board Member Tim Stewart, Board Member Tracee Perkins, Board Member Roxanne Nice, and Board Member Scott Hefty 2. Approval of Minutes This was approved 5. Community Event(s) Review - http://www.c3gov.com/Events -Memorial Day Parade; Vice Chair Perkins gave an overview of the parade and the amount of support received. -National Night Out - Project 365 Event; A discussion ensued about board participation. Vice Chair Perkins will be in attendance. 6. Department Update(s) -Emergency Manager, Kirk Dominic shared having recently received tourniquets and lifesaving tools for our officers to use. Members of the board had requested to be trained using these lifesaving tools and techniques. -Chief Guadnola gave an update on the Small Business Resource Center (SBRC) and CCPDs plan to staff with a Crime Prevention Unit. -Data from the Flock Camera System was shared. -Recruitment Update: CALEA / Accreditation Manager scheduled to start on July 1st.
