Call to Order/Roll Call Present: 9 - Mayor Sean Ford , Council Member Jim Benson, Council Member Jadie Carson, Council Member Rick A. Teter, Mayor Pro-Tem René Bullock, Council Member Crystal Elliott, Council Member Jason McEldowney, Council Member Steven J. Douglas and Council Member Andrew Amador 2. Executive Session A motion was made and seconded to enter into executive session pursuant to C .R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purpose of determining positions relative to an intergovernmental agreement with the Regional Transportation District and pursuant to 24-6-402(4)(b) for the purpose of receiving legal advice on issues surrounding prisoner space at the Adams County Jail. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous; all present affirmed 13-0012 An executive session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purpose of determining positions relative to an intergovernmental agreement with the Regional Transportation District. 13-0013 An executive session pursuant to 24-6-402(4)(b) for the purpose of receiving legal advice on issues surrounding prisoner space at the Adams County Jail. 3.
