A motion was made by Council Member Douglas, seconded by Council
Member Amador, to excuss Council member Crystal Elliott from tonight's
meeting. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed.
2. Executive Session - 5:35
13-0037 Executive session pursuant to 24-6-402(4)(b) for purposes of receiving legal advice
on potential litigation
A motion was made by Council Member Benson, seconded by Council Member
Teter, to enter into the executive session for purposes of receiving legal advice
on potentital litigation. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed.
