Call to Order/Roll Call A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Commerce City was called to order by Mayor Ford on September 28, 2015, at 9:50 PM. Present: 9 - Mayor Sean Ford , Council Member Jim Benson, Council Member Jadie Carson, Council Member Rick A. Teter, Mayor Pro Tem René Bullock, Council Member Crystal Elliott, Council Member Jason McEldowney, Council Member Steven J. Douglas and Council Member Andrew Amador 2. Presentations Pres 15-494 Discussion regarding Chambers Drive issue Deputy City Manager Hayes addressed council. He stated that there are 171 total lots within Filing #2, with 42 of those lots fronting Chambers Drive, and 4 affected lots. Certificates of occupancy were issued for these 42 lots in September and all lots are consistent with approved plans. The grading and drainage should work per the surveyors who worked on the project. Neither the city or LOKAL are in violation. 3. Executive Session 15-70 An executive session pursuant to 24-6-402(4)(b) for the purpose of receiving legal advice concerning the Chambers Drive issue A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Bullock, seconded by Council Member McEldowney, that an executive session, pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(b) for the purpose of receiving legal advice on the Chambers Drive issue be held.
