Call to Order/Roll Call A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Commerce City was called to order by Mayor Ford on January 22, 2018, at 9:20 p.m. A motion was made by Council Member Huseman, seconded by Council Member Madera, to excuse Council Member Diaz from tonight's meeting. VOTE: 8 aye, 1 excused (Diaz) 2. Executive Session 18-01 AN EXECUTIVE SESSION, PURSUANT TO CRS 24-6-402(4)(f), FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSION OF THE ANNUAL EVALUATIONS OF THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY A motion was made by Council Member Douglas, seconded by Council Member Huseman, to enter into an executive session, pursuant to CRS 24-6402(4)(f), for the purpose of discussing the evaluations of the city manager and city attorney. VOTE: 3. Consent Agenda Council Member Huseman asked to remove Resolution 2018-05 from the consent agenda for a separate discussion and vote. A motion was made by Council Member Frank, seconded by Council Member Madera, to approve the consent agenda as amended. A motion was made by Council Member Huseman, seconded by Council Member Douglas, to amend the contract by adding $50,000 to pay for a hard surface on the bridge along Chambers Road, north of 104th Avenue. VOTE: 8 aye, 1 excused (Diaz) A motion was made by Council Member Huseman, seconded by Council Member Douglas, that this resolution be approved with an amendment to the dollar amount. VOTE: Res 2018-07 RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY AND THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Attachments: Resolution Staff Memo Agreement Res 2018-08 RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT FOR EAGLE POINTE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR LONG LEAD PROCUREMENT Attachments: Resolution 4.
