Call to Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Commerce City was called to order by Mayor Huseman on December 16, 2019, at 5:30 PM. 2. At-Large Applicant Interviews 19-83 At-Large Applicant Interviews City Attorney Sheesley provided council an overview of the process for filling the at-large vacancy. Applicants each gave two-minute statements. A motion was made by Council Member Noble, seconded by Council Member Guardiola, to forego council policy and appoint applicant Lucy Molina to the at-large vacancy. After a brief discussion, the motion was withdrawn. After a round of voting, a motion was made by Council Member Madera, seconded by Council Member Frank, to select Maria Gonzales, Ramon Alvarado, Robyn Smith, and Roger Japp as finalists.
