Call to Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Commerce City was called to order by Mayor Huseman on July 21, 2020, at 6:00 PM. 2. Presentations Pres 20-245 Oil and Gas LDC Updates Domenic Martinelli, Environmental Planner, presented draft revisions of the oil and gas Land Development Code changes to council. Mr. Martinelli provided an overview of each proposed revision and council discussed their positions on the proposed revisions. The council agreed to cancel the July 23 special meeting and move the discussion of the remaining draft revisions of the oil and gas Land Development Code changes to the July 27 meeting. 4.
