Call to Order/Roll Call A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Commerce City was called to order by Mayor Huseman on November 15, 2021, at 5:15 PM. Present: 6 - Mayor Benjamin Huseman, Mayor Pro Tem Nicole Frank, Council Member Oscar Madera, Council Member Jose Guardiola, Council Member Meghan Grimes and Council Member Robyn Smith Absent: 3 - Mayor Pro Tem Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Council Member Susan Noble and Council Member Craig Hurst 2. Executive Session 21-164 An executive session of the City Council and staff and consultants pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(F) for the purpose of discussion of the annual evaluations of the City Manager. Council Members Allen-Thomas, Hurst, and Noble arrived late and went directly into the executive session. A motion was made by Council Member Smith, seconded by Council Member Madera, to enter into an executive session of the City Council and staff and consultants pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(F) for the purpose of discussion of the annual evaluations of the City Manager. VOICE VOTE: Aye: 6- Mayor Huseman, Mayor Pro Tem Frank, Council Member Madera, Council Member Guardiola, Council Member Grimes and Council Member Smith Excused: 3- Mayor Pro Tem Allen-Thomas, Council Member Noble and Council Member Hurst 3.
