Call to Order/Roll Call A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Commerce City was called to order by Mayor Huseman on March 28, 2022, at 10:13 PM. A motion was made by Council Member Madera, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Allen-Thomas, to excuse members not present. VOTE: 8 - Aye, 1 - Excused (Grimes) 2. Noticed Council Business 22-68 City Council request to determine the appropriateness of a public hearing process pursuant to Land Development Code Sec. 21-3241(4) (d) for Cohen Denver Airport, LLC who is requesting approval of the Legato West Filing No. 1 Final Plat to create 181 lots and 7 tracts on approximately 34.84 acres, for the property located between Tower Rd and E-470 and south of 96th Avenue, interior to Legato West and north of the park and school site, zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development District). A motion was made by Council Member Noble, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Allen-Thomas, to refer the case through a public hearing process of the Planning Commission and City Council.
