Call to Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Commerce City was called to order by Mayor Douglas on November 17, 2025, at 6:00 PM. A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Noble, seconded by Council Member Douglas, to excuse those members not present. Noticed Council Business 25-278 Small Business Ambassador Program A motion was made by Council Member Dukes, seconded by Council Member Ford, to direct the city manager and staff to review the viability of creating a small business ambassador program to align, implement, and deepen the relationships with small businesses across Commerce City and to report back to City Council by no later than the first regular meeting in March. Douglas, to extend the automatic time of adjournment to 11:30 PM.
