Call to Order/Roll Call A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Commerce City was called to order by Mayor Douglas on December 18, 2025, at 12:34 PM. A motion was made by Council Member Guardiola, seconded by Council Member Dukes, to excuse those members not present. VOTE: 6 - Aye, 3 - Excused (Noble, Kim, Teter) Present: 6 - Mayor Steven J. Resolutions Res 2025-188 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LETTER AGREEMENT REGARDING THE PROPOSED RAPIDS V. INTER MIAMI MATCH AT EMPOWER MILE HIGH FIELD WITH KROENKE STADIUM SERVICES, INC. A motion was made by Council Member Dukes, seconded by Council Member Young, that this Resolution be adopted.
