Financial Update Financial Report was not provided for this month's meeting. Board agreed to instead have Deana, public art consultant, present on the rec center at second creek public art proposals. Motion to approve all site art proposals with the clarification to ask artist Josh Weinermore detailed questions on the imaginative piece (with the tree inside boat) by Heidi. I am picking up the check from Tammy Bauer($500) next week. I will deposit $1,500 this week and the remaining$500 next week. Please discuss the tables for each of them andwhere they will be set up at the event. •Clarify details for next meeting on which concert they table at for the price they pay •Need to review how sponsor levels are written for 2018 •Heidi motion to add UP logo to flyers and list bauer law, blue grass, KGNU,and lokal homes and everyone will have table at all 4 concerts if theychoose.
