Call To Order/Roll Call Present: Kristi Douglas, Abraham Ramirez, Angela Ramirez, Jacqueline Ramires, Samantha Hunt Absent: Jennie Loveridge, Debra Bullock, Jacob Wilson, Lucy Molina, Councilman Guradiola, Councilman Hurst 2. Welcome/Guest and New Member Introductions Regular Business Items Financial report for the end of November was distributed to members. Outside hours document was completed. 3. Approval of Minutes Minutes 11/12/2019 Attachments: Minutes No action was taken due to a lack of a quorum. 4. Committee Reports and Discussion Members reported out on the Winter Student Art Show. General feedback was positive. Great turnout despite the weather. Adult Art Show and a Commerce City arts and craft fair planning will be postponed until next month. Call for artists for RTD art wraps and recreation center exhibitions were distributed to members. Music in the Park committee chair will begin initial planning. Grant reporting forms are now available for SCFD and QCF. Board member Hunt has volunteered to help with the QCF reporting and staff will help with the SCFD report. Board member Ramirez will put together a swag proposal for 2020 and work with staff for purchase of items. By-laws will be revisited in January. Social media update was given by board member Hunt. Facebook likes has been Commerce City Page 1 Cultural Council Meeting Minutes December 10, 2019 increasing over the last week. She also talked about scheduling posts to have more social media presence. 5. New Business - Miscellaneous Items and Open Discussion Sponsorship proposal was discussed but no action was taken due to a lack of a quorum.
