Call To Order/Roll Call Present: Councilman Jose Guardiola, Abraham Ramirez, Angela Remirez, Jacqueline Riggs-Gonzales, Johni Grabinski, Ronna Sanchez, Samantha Hunt-Duran Absent: Councilman Craig Hurst, Lucy Molina 2. Regular Business Items Treasurer Riggs-Gonzales gave a report on last months financials. Approval of Minutes Minutes 01/14/2020 Attachments: Minutes Motion to accept by Sanchez. Seconded by Ramirez. Minutes were unanimously approved. 3. Committee Reports and Discussion PUBLIC ART/ART SHOWS Staff will meet with Ramirez and Molina to discuss more the adult art show event. Members reviewed submissions for the RTD art wrpas and recreation exhibitions. Staff will notify the finalists. MUSIC IN THE PARK Ramirez gave an update. Staff shared a proposal by City to merge Music in the Park and Cine en el Parque on two concert dates. Ramirez motioned to accept partnership. Councilman Guardiola seconded. The motion was approved unanimously. Members proposed the first and last concert and will work with staff to secure dates/locations. FUNDRAISING/GRANTS Staff will work with Grabinski and Sanchez to submit QCF and SCFD grants. MARKETING AND OUTREACH no report SOCIAL MEDIA Commerce City Page 1 Cultural Council Meeting Minutes February 11, 2020 Hunt-Duran gave a report back on recent posts. Members will send over information to her for Monday Member posts. 4. New Business Staff will send out a google document with bylaws to edit and finalize next meeting. 5.
