Call To Order Meeting was called to order at 6:03 p.m. Present: Abraham Ramirez, Councilman Jose Guardiola, Angela Ramirez, Jennifer Martin Linda Barr, Jacqueline Riggs-Gonzales, Ronna Sanchez, Councilman Craig Hurst Absent: Maria Arce, Kelly Reyos, Johni Grabinski 2. Regular Business Items Financial update was provided by member Riggs-Gonzales. Approval of Minutes Member Martin moved to approve the meeting minutes. Member Sanchez seconded. Motion was unanimously approved. Meeting Minutes of October 12, 2021 Attachments: 10/12/2021 3. New Business Greyhound Park Public Art Attachments: Greyhound Park Public Art 4. Other Business Social Media Member Martin has created a template to have the ability to schedule posts in advance. New board members are encouraged to help with social media. Art Committee Members Angela Ramirez, Martin, and Arce met to plan the next call for artists and celebration. Next reception will be hosted in January then in June. The idea is to have artwork displayed year-round, with a 18-week span between artwork. Public Art Maintenance Cocklebur art piece has been quoted for repairs at a higher cost due to some health concerns around the material of the sculpture. Board members agreed to find the best way to preserve the piece and history around it. Whether it's approving the new proposed maintenance plan or commissioning a new piece. 5.
