Call To Order Meeting was called to order at 6:02 p.m. Present: Abraham Ramirez, Angela Ramirez, Jennifer Martin, Maria Arce, Linda Barr, Jacqueline Riggs-Gonzales, Council Member Kristi Douglas, Council Member Craig Hurst Absent: Ronna Sanchez, Kelly Reyos 2. Presentation by Tous Le Jours Tous Le Jours Attachments: Tous Le Jours Board member Ramirez motioned to approve a letter of recommendation for Delwest to apply for additional funds to bring in Tous Le Jours to the Greyhound Park development. Board member Martin seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. 3. Regular Business Items Financials Board member Riggs-Gonzales gave an update. Abe Ramirez is currently the only one on the bank account. Board member Martin agreed to be added to the bank account. Approval of Minutes Meeting Minutes of November 9, 2021 Attachments: 11/09/2021 Board member Martin motioned to approve meeting minutes. Board member Ramirez seconded. Meeting minutes were unanimously approved. 4. Other Business o Committee Updates Commerce City Page 1 Cultural Council Meeting Minutes December 14, 2021 Music in the Park Board members agreed to continue partnership with the city's PRG department in conjunction with their annual neighborhood outreach events. Staff will ask someone from PRG to come in during January's meeting to further discuss details. Board member Ramirez is putting together a list of potential bands to have during our 2022 concerts for board review. Art Shows No new updates Fundraising and Grants No new updates Social Media and Marketing No new updates on social media. Members asked about a 2022 Cultural Council calendar postcard. Staff advised to put all dates in one document and the city's communications department can help with the design. 5. Member Comments/Announcements Board member Martin requested that we have an "icebreaker" type of question to continue to get to know each other.
