Meeting called to order at 6:05 p.m. b. Attendance was taken. Present: Abraham Ramirez, Angela Ramirez, Kristi Douglas, Jacqueline Riggs- Gonzales, Ronna Sanchez, Jennifer Martin, Maria Arce, Alondra Gonzalez Carrillo, Craig Hurst. Absent: Kelly Ramos (excused) and Linda Barr (not excused). 2. Guest Speakers a. Nancy Flock and Michelle Claymore spoke about the Small Business Resource Center, Downtown Derby Mural Renovation/Restoration project and the Shop Where I Live Program Community Time a. Time used to get to know each other while answering a question related to travel. “Where would you like to travel in the future/where have you traveled and loved?” 3. Financial Update – A budget spreadsheet has been created to facilitate knowing what money is available after every month. January expenses have been recorded. b. Grants Update – QCF grant application has been submitted and preparations for the SCFD grant are in process. 5. Committee Reports a. Public Art/Art Shows committee shared that the Call to Artist deadline has been extended b. Social Media and Marketing shared plans to extend outreach c. Commerce City eats committee interest was discussed d. Music in the Park committee shared updated 6. Members Comments/Announcements a.
