Call to Order - 6:00 p.m. Board member Martin called meeting to order at 6:00pm. 7 present: Board Members Jennifer Martin, Nick Gonzalez, Jan Cruz, Ronna Sanchez, Jackie Riggs-Gonzalez, Augusta Jonhart, and Kelly Reyos 5 Absent - Council Members Kristi Douglas & Susan Noble, Board Members Linda Barr, Lupita Arce, and Marisol Shaw 2. Community Time The group participated in Community Time. 3. Approval of Minutes 4. Min 24-035 Minutes of Jan. 16, 2024 Meeting Board Member Ronna Sanchez made a motion to approve the minutes of Jan. 16, 2024. Board member Cruz seconded the motion which was approved unanimously. 5. Public Comment None 6. Subcommittee Reports: A. Music in the Park B. Art Exhibitions i. Music in the Park Board member Sanchez presented. The Council discussed the ranking of bands. ii. Board member Reyos made a motion to approve seating an Art Selection Committee for the Monaco Park public art installation. Board member Sanchez seconded the motion, which was approved unanimously. Board member Reyos made a motion to seat an Art Selection Committee for the Electrical Boxes public art project. Board member Cruz seconded the motion, which was approved unanimously. iii. Collaboration & Outreach This item will be discussed at future Council meetings. iv. Volunteer Hours Board member Sanchez is collecting volunteer hours ongoing. v.
