Resolutions Res CGID RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2014 BUDGET AND 2013-08 CERTIFICATION OF THE MILL LEVY FOR THE E-470 COMMERCIAL AREA GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (ECAGID) City Attorney Gehler read the title. A motion was made by Vice Chair Bullock, seconded by Board Member McEldowney, that this CGID Resolution be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 4.
