Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Commerce City E-470 Commercial Area General Improvement District was called to order by Chairman Ford on November 6, 2017, at 9:20 p.m. A motion was made by Vice Chairman Bullock. seconded by Board Member Teter, to excuse Board Members Amador and McEldowney from this meeting. VOTE: 7 aye, 2 excused (Amador, McEldowney) Present: 7 - Crystal Elliott, Jadie Carson, Sean Ford , Rick A. Teter, Steven J. Douglas, René Bullock and Paolo Diaz Excused: 2 - Andrew Amador and Jason McEldowney 2. Approval of Minutes Min ECAGID Meeting Minutes of October 16, 2017 17-03 A motion was made by Board Member Carson, seconded by Board Member Diaz, that the minutes approved. VOTE: Aye: 7- Board Member Elliott, Board Member Carson, Chair Ford, Board Member Teter, Board Member Douglas, Vice Chair Bullock and Board Member Diaz Excused: 2- Board Member Amador and Board Member McEldowney 3. Public Hearings Res ECAGID RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2018 BUDGET AND CERTIFICATION 17-01 OF THE MILL LEVY FOR THE E-470 COMMERCIAL AREA GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (ECAGID) Chairman Ford reopened the public hearing. No one came forward to address the board on this matter and the public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Vice Chair Bullock, seconded by Board Member Teter, that this resolution be approved. VOTE: Commerce City Page 1 E-470 Commercial Area General Meeting Minutes - Final November 6, 2017 Improvement District Aye: 7- Board Member Elliott, Board Member Carson, Chair Ford, Board Member Teter, Board Member Douglas, Vice Chair Bullock and Board Member Diaz Excused: 2- Board Member Amador and Board Member McEldowney Ord ECAGID 10 AN ORDINANCE INCLUDING CERTAIN LANDS INTO THE COMMERCE CITY E-470 COMMERCIAL AREA GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Chairman Ford opened the public hearing. Planner Axmacher presented the case to the board. The applicant, DIA Tech Center, LLC, is seeking inclusion of the property located at the northwest corner of approximately East 81st Avenue and Telluride Street to the E-470 Commercial Area General Improvement District. Council approved the annexation of the property earlier and staff is recommending approval of this request. No one came forward to address the board on this matter and the public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Vice Chair Bullock, seconded by Board Member Diaz, that this ordinance be introduced and approved on first reading. VOTE: Aye: 7- Board Member Elliott, Board Member Carson, Chair Ford, Board Member Teter, Board Member Douglas, Vice Chair Bullock and Board Member Diaz Excused: 2- Board Member Amador and Board Member McEldowney 4.
