Call To Order/Roll Call Chairman Ford called the meeting to order at 9:01 p.m. A motion was made by Vice Chair Teter, seconded by Board Member Madera, to excuse Board Members Davis and Huseman from the meeting. VOTE: 7 - Aye, 2 - Excused (Davis, Huseman) Present: 7 - Crystal Elliott, Sean Ford , Rick A. Teter, Steven J. Douglas, Oscar Madera, Nicole Frank and Jose Guardiola Excused: 2 - Steve Davis and Benjamin Huseman 2. Public Hearings Ord ECAGID 13 AN ORDINANCE INCLUDING CERTAIN LANDS INTO THE COMMERCE CITY E-470 COMMERCIAL AREA GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Chairman Ford opened the public hearing. City Planner Jenny Axmacher provided a brief overview of the request by the applicant to be included into the district. No public comment was made. Chairman Ford closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Board Member Frank, seconded by Vice Chair Teter, that this ordinance be introduced and approved on first reading.
