Call To Order/Roll Call Chairman Ford called the meeting to order at 9:33 p.m. A motion was made by Board Member Huseman, seconded by Board Member Frank, to excuse Board Member Douglas from the meeting. VOTE: 8 - Aye, 1 - Excused (Douglas) Present: 8 - Sean Ford , Rick A. Teter, Oscar Madera, Nicole Frank, Steve Davis, Benjamin Huseman, Crystal Elliott and Jose Guardiola Excused: 1 - Steven J. Douglas 2. Approval of Minutes Min ERAGID Approval of Minutes of November 6, 2017 18-01 A motion was made by Elliott, seconded by Frank, that these minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. No public comment was made. A motion was made by Board Member Huseman, seconded by Board Member Davis, to continue the public hearing to November 5, 2019. VOTE: 8 - Aye, 1 - Excused (Douglas). 4.
