Call To Order/Roll Call Chairwoman Kimberly Madson called the meeting to order. Present 2 - Regular Member Kathy Teter, and Regular Member Daniel Alire Absent 2 - Council Regular Rick A. Teter, and Council Alternate René Bullock 2. Approval of Minutes Min 13-62 Liquor Authority Meeting Minutes of August 6, 2013 A motion was made by Authority Member Alire, seconded by Chair Woman Madson, that the minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 3. Citizen Communication None. 4. New Business Pres 13-325 Show Cause Hearing: Double JRV Inc dba El Viva Villa Restaurant 5411 Quebec Street A motion was made by Vice Chair Kathy Teter, seconded by Authority Member Daniel Alire, to find probable cause that violations of the Commerce City Liquor Code and or the Colorado State Liquor Statutes have occured and order a show cause hearing, for the hotel and restaurant license of Double JRV d/b/a El Viva Villa Restaurant located at 5411 Quebec Street, to be held on November 12, 2013.
